SKY-FS Cartridge Dust Collector
The SKY-FS is our workhorse cartridge collector: pleated elements on a horizontal tube sheet, pulse-cleaned from a compressed-air reservoir, with a dust drawer underneath for quick emptying.

Multi-cartridge platform with pulse-jet cleaning
The SKY-FS carries a bank of KNT or PS pleated cartridges in a welded steel housing. Dust-laden air enters the inlet plenum, passes the cartridge pack from the outside in, and leaves through the clean-air outlet.
Cleaning is automatic: a timer board pulses each cartridge in sequence while the unit keeps running, so differential pressure stays in the working range without stopping production.
Because the cartridge platform is standard, replacement media stays available: polyester and cellulose as standard, with PTFE-coated, anti-static and flame-retardant options for sticky or conductive dusts.

Labels follow the Chinese edition of the catalogue; the English edition prints the same figures but labels the fan-power row "Filter Quantity (pcs)", the voltage row "Power (kw)" and the cartridge row "Pulse Valves (pcs)".
