What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
This website is operated by Tengyuan Filtration Technology (Langfang) Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of the PAISHAN and TENGYUAN filtration ranges. For any question about this policy or about the data we hold, contact jason.filter168@gmail.com.
When you submit an enquiry or request a catalogue we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, telephone number, company, country and the details of your application.
Our servers also keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not run advertising trackers, and analytics are only enabled once a lawful consent mechanism is configured for your region.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation or a technical selection, and to send the catalogue or documentation you asked for.
If you tick the consent box we may also send occasional news, product updates and technical advice. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — email and hosting providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers when you place an order — and only to the extent needed to fulfil your request.
Enquiry records are kept for three years from the last contact so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Order and shipping records are kept for the period required by Chinese accounting and customs regulations.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to further processing. Email jason.filter168@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
The site stores a small preference value so that your language and theme choices survive a page change. No advertising cookies are set. Embedding third-party content (for example a video) would create cookies controlled by that provider, and we would ask for consent first.
