Washable PU end-cap cartridge for humid or oily dust
KNT-WPU uses polyurethane end caps and a washable medium, which is the combination to reach for when the dust stream is damp, oily or sticky.
Because the element can be washed and returned to service, the cost per operating hour drops in applications where conventional media blinds off.
The sealing ring is EPDM or silicone, chosen for temperature and chemical resistance.

Construction & features
- Moulded end capsInjection-moulded end caps hold the pleat pack in shape and take the venturi or threaded connection your housing uses.
- Support bandsStainless steel bands lock the pleats in place and keep the cartridge round under repeated pulse cleaning.
- Open inner coreA high open-area core carries the airflow with low resistance and keeps the media evenly loaded.
- Sealing ringEVA or rubber sealing rings seat the cartridge into its tube sheet so unfiltered air cannot bypass the media.
